Returns

According to EU law, you may cancel and return the order within 14 days from the delivery day. For returned orders, the merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with special care that it is packaged in the same way it was sent. You must photograph the merchandise, with 6 photos (4 sides, top and bottom) and send them by email to us. In the very unlikely event that the crystal bowls arrive broken, you must photograph in the packaging as you received it immediately. Any damage to the bowl occurring after opening the box is NOT covered by the 14 day guarantee.

Returning merchandise should be in the original packaging and sent by UPS with full cost of the merchandise fully insured by UPS. You pay the shipping costs. The shipping date must be within 14 days of the delivery date, and if this date falls on a weekend or holiday, shipping date must be on the following business day.

We strive to ensure that our packaging is very secure and safe for the bowls, and they packed with great care. For online purchases of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, at the time of delivery, you must inspect the package(s) carefully to ascertain that there is no visible damage to the package. If there is any doubt regarding the condition of the package you must photograph the unopened package in the presence of the delivery driver, and open the package in his or her presence. Furthermore, you must treat the bowls with great care. When lifting a bowl from a nested set, be sure to grasp the plastic wrap and lift straight up. Do not strike the bowl with any object too forcefully, and always chime and play gently. Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls Europe is not responsible for any damage you may cause because of carelessness, accidents or incorrect playing of the bowls.
