We love to expedite your order within one to two business days. However, we’ll let you know of any delays in shipment due to unforeseen circumstances or scheduled breaks.

Where we ship

We ship to European Union and European Economic Area countries, as well as United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA and throughout the world. All Alchemy Crystal Bowl orders are shipped at a fixed rate, based on your shipping address. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout when your address details are entered.

Fixed shipping rates

• European Union Countries (excluding Belgium): €120/Order
• Belgium: €90/Order
• Switzerland, Iceland, Liechenstein & Norway: €200/Order
• United Kingdom: €150/Order
• United States: €250/Order
• Rest of World: €250/Order

Lower rates apply to orders that include only accessories.

Important: When your shipment arrives

Please check thoroughly the condition of the parcel, noting any damage. All our shipments are packed with great care. Please notify us immediately if there is any problem with the condition of your parcel or contents. If you see any damage, please photograph from every angle, the package and contents, and contact us immediately.

We thoroughly check the condition of every bowl before shipping to you to ensure that it is in perfect condition.
